Our Microwave Plasma Refining System MiPRS is intended for installation into technological schemes of industrial and energy enterprises.

The MiPRS microwave plasma gas cleaning system processes gases of various origins. Those include the resulting smoke gases produced by the industry before they are released into the atmosphere. As well as process gases in order to prepare them before their use in the production cycle. The filter cleans the gases from the resin and dust contained within, from the complex molecules of carbon-containing substances and from harmful carcinogenic compounds - dioxins and furans.

Our system is based on the unique catalytic properties of plasma which allows the cleaning of combustible synthetic gases to a state of pure and stable fuel. Under the action of plasma, the transition of resin substances into a gas state increases the energy value of the final fuel gas. Additionally, it helps avoid the costs of disposal of resin waste and problems with resin deposits in pipelines and heat exchange systems.

Once processed by our system, synthesis gas can be delivered directly to engines or to turbines to generate electricity. This improves the efficiency of the process and reduces the environmental impact of the equipment.

The plasma purification system is aimed to be used as part of the gas treatment stage in chemical and metallurgical industries. It is especially important to use such a system in incinerators.
