Ukrplasma microwave plasma torches are available in several power ranges:

microwave plasmatron for industrial applicationsPTC-1 - Model with microwave output up to 2500 Watt and working frequency of 2450 mHz.

This plasmatron is intended for laboratory work and for use in plasma-chemical technologies. PTC-1 ideally suited for the production of high purity metals, spherical metallic powders and advanced nanomaterial.

PTC-2 - This model has a microwave output of 2 to 10 kW and a working frequency of 2450 mHz. It can be utilized in plasma-chemical facilities of small output.

PTC-3 - With a microwave output from 5 to 30 kW and a working frequency of 915 mHz is ideal to process gases or gasification of various fuels and wastes in small industrial volumes.

PTC-4 - Also with a working frequency of 915 mHz, the PTC-4 has a microwave output from 10 to 50 kW. It is designed for melting metals and processing various materials.The PTC-4 is powerful enough to handle some industrial applications.

PTC-5 – This model takes it a step further with 15 to 75 kW and working frequency of 915 mHz. Best used in industrial process routes, on electricity generating enterprises (coal fired power plant, trash-processing plants, oil refining enterprises).

PTC-6 – At the top of its series, the PTC-6 has a microwave output from 20 to 100 kW and working frequency of 915 mHz. This plasmatron is used similarly to PTC-5 in areas such as processing of wastes and slag corium, but it is of more power and can provide a big productivity output.

Plasmatron system PTC-300 – Finally, this is a modular system of plasmatrons that boasts a microwave output capacity up to 300 kW. It is contracted for powerful systems/applications.  (industrial processes).
