Proven UkrPlasma’s technology converts solid waste into pure synthetic gas and commercial non-toxic glassy slag. Our process of recycling waste into energy is highly efficient and results in zero atmospheric emissions.

Our plasma system MiPS- Steam Plasma Gasification (SPG) allows the processing of solid household waste, medical waste and industrial waste. The end products are pure synthetic gas, energy and solid glassy slag. 

The MiPS- SPG system is universal, allowing it to process virtually any kind of waste, as well as produce clean energy and commercial building materials, completely eliminating the need for landfills.

It has capacities of 10 to 100 tons per day per module. Large plants can be built using several 100-ton modules per day. The MiPS system adapts to a wide range of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes with different compositions and humidity indexes. 

plasma gasification technologyThe basic concept of UkrPlasma’s technology is to produce energy and products in the most sustainable way without residue. The MiPS system is complete with a magnetic metal oscillator, a plasma-chemical reactor, a gas synthesis purification system with a plasma-destructive filter and an ash melting unit. The latter produces glass-like slag, which is inert and non-toxic and is an effective building material. The power unit of the plant contains a steam turbine and gas engines for the most efficient production of electricity. 

Existing incineration plants can be upgraded by the MiPS- Plasma Filter Destructor (PFD) system to improve their environmental performance and meet modern environmental standards. The plasma system is installed in the cleaning system to reduce the concentrations of dust, dioxin as well as sulphur and nitrogen compounds in flue gases.

Plasma gasification of waste is:
